Our Quality Control Program assures that our services are not only of high quality but also satisfy or exceed contractual requirements. NeST has been successfully appraised at CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integrated) Maturity Level 3 for its operations in Cochin.

Additionally, our offshore software development organizations are CMMI Maturity Level 3 appraised. The goal of our Quality Control Program is to encompass and implement the best practices of each of these certification authorities throughout all phases of the project development lifecycle.

NeST’s Quality Manual establishes policies and procedures to ensure quality for all activities conducted by the company. A Quality Control Plan is designed for each project to provide assurance that required standards are being achieved throughout all on-site and off-site operations, including any needed work by subcontractors and materials provided by suppliers for the project.

The Project Quality Control Plan details a Quality Control System (QC System) that identifies deficiencies and/or non-conformities, promotes problem resolution, manages changes, and provides data, reports, and project deliverables that are accurate, reliable, and acceptable for the intended purpose. The QC System provides plans, procedures, and identifies the organization and resources necessary to produce an end product that complies with the contract requirements.
